1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the 777wing platform located at https://777wing.app (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and 777wing (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the Platform.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and close your account, if one has been created. Access to the Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy arising from a translation into any other language, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 777wing Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You are not prohibited from gambling or using online gaming services under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 777wing, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not under self-exclusion from the 777wing Platform or from any other gambling operator as part of a voluntary self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

777wing enforces age verification as a mandatory step in the account onboarding process. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all gameplay records will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source. 777wing reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending verification completion.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 777wing services — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account on the Platform. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is entitled to maintain only one active account on the Platform. If 777wing identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances in excess of net deposits may be forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify 777wing immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC Verification: 777wing operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, driver's licence, recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification), or other documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension until verification is finalised.
• Account Closure by User: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 777wing support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or wagering requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

777wing processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits may apply to your account. These limits are communicated at registration and are adjustable within the parameters set by 777wing in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 777wing account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business days to reflect. 777wing is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, bank network outages, or national holiday banking restrictions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day. Approved withdrawals are typically delivered to the nominated payment method within twenty-four (24) hours for mobile banking channels and within three (3) business days for bank transfers. 777wing may place a withdrawal on hold pending KYC document review. A withdrawal will not be processed to a payment method that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit without additional verification.

4.5 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are derived from lawful sources. 777wing does not accept deposits from credit cards, third-party wallets not registered in your name, or any source associated with money laundering. Deposits made using funds that 777wing determines to be of suspicious origin will be frozen pending investigation and may be returned without processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

777wing offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. For example, a welcome bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement on the total of deposit plus bonus means the combined amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying games before any portion is eligible for withdrawal.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. 6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other automated means to access, interact with, or derive advantage from the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction made to the Platform without first attempting resolution through 777wing support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct toward 777wing staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure, systems, or other users' accounts.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.

777wing's fraud detection and account monitoring systems operate continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. 777wing's determination following such an investigation is final. Where an account closure results in the forfeiture of a balance, 777wing will provide written notice to the registered email address explaining the grounds for forfeiture.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777wing expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the Platform and its services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, and non-infringement.

777wing does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or free from defects. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777wing shall not be liable for any failure of service resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government action, or failures of third-party service providers.

In no event shall 777wing's aggregate liability to any user — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that user to their 777wing account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777wing shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on the Platform or your device.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from gambling with funds the player could not afford to lose.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi banking institutions.
• Losses arising from game provider technical faults, where the applicable game provider's malfunction policy has been applied.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777wing's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Governing Principles: These Terms & Conditions are intended to be read in conjunction with 777wing's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or game-specific terms, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
